GOZEJITSU DIET

 

Want a body like mine? It ain't easy patna, you have to work hard to look like me.  Below is a model of what a typical week is like in the Gozejitsu kitchen.


MONDAY

BREAKFAST: Coco Pebbles.

SNACK: String Cheese.

LUNCH: Western bacon cheeseburger, fries and a DIET coke.

SNACK: Flaming Hot Cheetos.

DINNER: Lassanga and breadsticks

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Beef Jerkey

 


TUESDAY

BREAKFAST: Apple Jacks

SNACK: Hot Pocket

LUNCH: Hot Dogs with Mac and Cheese

SNACK: Snack Pack

DINNER: Hamburger Helper

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Fruit roll-up 

 

 

WEDNESDAY

BREAKFAST: Chorizo and egg burritos

SNACK: String cheese

LUNCH: Panda bowl

SNACK: Chips and a Soda

DINNER: Pizza

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Twinkie

 

 

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: Sausage and egg McMuffin

SNACK: Ding Dong

LUNCH: Big Mac

SNACK: Masrshmallows

DINNER: Quarter Pounder with cheese

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Carmel Apple

 

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Eggs, bacon, and pancakes

SNACK: Popcorn

LUNCH: Meatballs

SNACK: Starbucks

DINNER: Enchiladas

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Churro

 

SATURDAY

BREAKFAST: Frosted Flakes

SNACK: Sour patch kids

LUNCH: Anything with Cholula on it

SNACK: Frozen Yogurt

DINNER: Chili Dogs

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Cherry popsicle

 

 

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST: French toast sticks

SNACK: Redbull

LUNCH: Tacos

SNACK: Oreos

DINNER: Baked Ziti

MIDNIGHT SNACK: Starbucks
